STAMFORD — NOVEMBER 2019 – Building One Community – The Center for Immigrant Opportunity hosted an engaging panel discussion, Immigration Today: At the Border & In Our Own Backyard in late October at the Stamford Yacht Club.

Getty Images correspondent John Moore, immigration counselor Maria Palacios, and Stamford immigration attorney, Alex Troyb drew upon their broad experiences to paint a vivid picture of the harsh realities faced by many immigrants who seek to make their new homes in the United States, as well as the complications of our country's legal immigration system.
