Airport Security Increases – Seguridad en Aeropuertos Aumenta
DHS officials announced an increase in airport security for all flights flying in to the United States. Currently, passengers on flights originating in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, and Jordan cannot have their laptops in the airport cabin with them. The DHS fears the use of laptops as bombs. To prevent the expansion of the ban, airport security will increase for all flights entering the US, increasing travel times significantly.
El Departamento de Seguridad Nacional (DHS) anunció un aumento en seguridad para todos los vuelos a EE.UU. En este momento, pasajeros de vuelos originados en Egipto, Arabia Saudita, Kuwait, Qatar, Turquía, Emiratos Árabes Unidos y Jordania no pueden tener sus laptops en la cabina. DHS teme que las laptops se pueden usar como bombas. Para evitar que la prohibición se expanda, aumentara la seguridad en los aeropuertos lo que alargara el viaje.
