Family nutrition workshop offered for immigrant families

STAMFORD —A one-time family nutrition workshop for immigrants will be held at Building One Community - The Center for Immigrant Opportunity (B1C) on Thursday, at 4:15 p.m. Gabriela Zea, Clinic & Community Outreach Nurse at the Hospital for Special Surgery, will lead the conversation about family nutrition and provide attendees with tips on how to choose healthier foods for their families.
