Building One Community's Annual Colloquium brings together business leaders, employers, philanthropists, policymakers, and community members for an evening of engaging conversation, fresh perspectives, and meaningful connection.

Now in its 11th year, the Colloquium serves as a platform for exploring the issues shaping immigrant integration, workforce development, economic mobility, and the strength of our communities. This year's discussion examines the vital role immigrant families play in Connecticut's workforce, economy, and communities, while exploring the ideas and partnerships that will help shape our shared future. Through thoughtful discussion and meaningful dialogue, the event elevates diverse perspectives, inspires new ideas, and encourages all of us to imagine what's possible as we build a stronger Connecticut for generations to come.

The evening features a cocktail reception, opportunities to connect with community leaders and supporters, a silent auction, and a panel discussion with distinguished speakers and issue experts. Guests will also experience firsthand how Building One Community's programs create pathways to opportunity for immigrant families throughout Fairfield County.
